Weight Loss Wednesday: Week 2

I'm happy to report that I have lost 2.6 pounds over the past week! I have done it by trying to be aware of what I'm eating. I have also been drinking more water and less sweet tea and cola. Walking around the halls of my school when I get off work has also helped. So, I am just going to keep all this going and see where it gets me next week!

Woo Hoo! Laying off the cola is the hardest thing for me, but just being aware that I need to stay away from it makes the struggle a little easier. Keep up the good work.

That's great! I have trouble giving up soda too, but it does add up the calories. I really like a piece of lemon in my water as an alternative drink. It makes plain water better. Keep going! It's good for you to eat and drink healthier-but you already are beautiful. :)
