We made it through our first day of school yesterday. My kids said that they had a pretty good day, and from what I've heard from others, it was the same for them, also. My job as the school bookkeeper settled down a bit, as the teachers were occupied with their students. I'm still working on getting into a routine so that I can get everything accomplished that needs to be. I made out a schedule last night. I'm gonna see if I can stick to that...and see if it works. I've just got to stay focused, which is hard for me to do sometimes. At times, I feel like I have A.D.D.! (not sure if I punctuated correctly) I get distracted easily. So, here's to the new school year. May it be a good one.

I'm back from my blogging MIA and boy can I relate to the ADD thing. Do you think the internet has caused that? I sure do! I've been trying to focus on my writing assignment and will do anything (including numerous games of Spider Solitaire) to avoid it!
It seems so early for back to school but I forget that you in the South have a different school schedule than us in the North.
